Established in 1996 the company is longstanding and has an excellent reputation in the market. The company’s Managing Director has spoken at multiple specialist lending events, forums and debates and has featured in the national press.
Brilliant Loans identified a gap in the advice market where mortgage advisers were unable to advise on secured loans and as a result would either turn away clients or advise them to take out less suitable products. There was also a direct to consumer secured loan advice sector which did not prioritise the need for an assessment of the borrower’s mortgage options before recommending secured loans. Brilliant Loans plug these gaps by working with mortgage advisers to ensure that the negative impact on borrowers from the above scenarios is avoided and more borrowers get the most suitable products for their needs.
